How online barber booking works with Tonsera

From signup to your first paid appointment in four steps.

Create your account. Sign up free; no card required. Verify your email and you’re in the dashboard.
Build your page (about 10 minutes). Add your services with prices and durations, set the hours you work, and add your address if clients visit a shop. Your page goes live at tonsera.com/your-name.
Connect payouts (about 5 minutes). Link a bank account through Stripe so card payments can reach you.
Share your link. Put it in your Instagram bio, texts, or a card. Clients pick a service and an open time, then book.

What happens when a client books

The client’s card is held for the appointment but not charged. They get a confirmation email, plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. After the cut, you mark the appointment complete in your dashboard; the charge is captured and your payout is sent through Stripe. If the client doesn’t show up, you can charge your no-show fee instead.

Cancellations and changes

Clients can cancel or reschedule from their account. Everything stays in sync with your availability, so a freed-up slot becomes bookable again.
